Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered! However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

1. Eligibility

  • Returns/exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
  • Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.
  • Clearance sale / discounted products are not eligible for exchange or return.

2. Process

  1. Email us at sales.avionerode@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9047488987 within 2 days.
  2. Share your order number, reason, and unboxing video.
  3. Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address.
  4. Upon inspection, we’ll process the refund or replacement.

3. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
  • Refunds are made via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.

4. Exchange Policy

  • If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
  • If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance sale items
  • Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Customized or personalized items
