Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered! However, if something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.
1. Eligibility
- Returns/exchanges accepted within 2 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and with all tags intact.
- Unboxing video is mandatory for any damage/defect claims.
- Clearance sale / discounted products are not eligible for exchange or return.
2. Process
- Email us at sales.avionerode@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 9047488987 within 2 days.
- Share your order number, reason, and unboxing video.
- Once approved, ship the product back to the provided address.
- Upon inspection, we’ll process the refund or replacement.
3. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product.
- Refunds are made via the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item.
4. Exchange Policy
- If you need a different size, we can arrange an exchange (subject to availability).
- If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Clearance sale items
- Innerwear or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized or personalized items
